Fundamental Package Special
Fundamentals are a necessary addition to a CrossFit membership and are highly recommended by our CrossFit trainers. These one on one sessions will help prepare you for a group work out by helping you truly understanding what a CrossFit work out entails.
During these one hour “personal training” classes, a certified CrossFit coach will demonstrate the essential CrossFit movements such as squat, front squat, over head squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, and medicine ball cleans in addition to kettle bell swings, muscle-ups, and thrusters. You will learn proper form and gain confidence by mastering the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit.
In addition, these personal sessions will help the group classes and team WOD’s flow smoothly to ensure every member gets a great work out!

Skills w/ Coaches
Due to popular demand, we are happy to announce our new Skills with Coaches program. This program is designed for our current members to receive one on one attention with our Certified Coaches perfecting a specific movement or skill of their choice. During these 1 hour sessions, you will receive undivided attention customized to the skill you wish to improve on. They can be scheduled individually or with a friend who wishes to work on the same movement. In addition, these appointments can be reserved before or after your CrossFit WOD or on your rest day.
